Famously fond for Pad Thaï , Uzma and Sachin realised there was void of authentic Thaï cuisine in London. They forged a bond and, united under their entrepreneurial spirit, decided to stir things up and bring the best Thai they had ever tasted to the UK palette. Their first Thaï Express opened in 2012 and there are now four locations across Greater London, with planned expansion in the Midlands.
